Homemade Salmon Pate on Rye Bread

  • 100g of Tinned Salmon
  • 25g of Cr̬eme Fraiche
  • 1 Lemon
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • Pinch of Chilli Flakes
  • 2 Slices of Rye Bread

Cooking Directions

  1. Drain the salmon and place in a large bowl. .
  2. Add the cr̬eme fraiche and a squeeze of juice from the lemon, season with pepper and mash together with a fork until you get a rough pat̩ consistency.

  3. Add a pinch of chilli flakes for an extra kick if you like it hot!

  4. Spread the pat̩ onto the rye bread (toasted if preferred) and drizzle with another squeeze of lemon juice.
