Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 2 medium salad tomatoes, sliced
  • Organic butter
  • Pink Himalayan salt and black pepper
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1 slice German rye toasted

Cooking Directions

  1. As the rye comes out the toaster, layer the hummus and then tomatoes on top.
  2. Season with pink Himalayan salt, black pepper, some lemon juice and devour while nice and warm.
