Hummus and Tomato Stack On Rye
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 2 medium salad tomatoes, sliced
- Organic butter
- Pink Himalayan salt and black pepper
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 1 slice German rye toasted
- As the rye comes out the toaster, layer the hummus and then tomatoes on top.
Season with pink Himalayan salt, black pepper, some lemon juice and devour while nice and warm.
