  • 1 handful of kale (or spinach)
  • 1 handful of pineapple chunks
  • 1 ripe banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 a handful of almonds
  • 200ml of coconut water or unsweetened almond milk

Cooking Directions

  1. Freeze your coconut water in an ice cube tray for a thick consistency, or simply add the coconut water/almond milk as it is if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients and blend.
