Ingredients

  • 1 bag of kale
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Cayenne pepper and other herbs or spices, garlic, etc
  • Equipment: Baking sheet

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 140c degrees.
  2. Make sure the kale leaves are washed and dried really well.

  3. Brush or rub the leaves with olive oil until well coated and sprinkle with sea salt and the other herbs, to taste.

  4. Place in the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes or less depending on how hot your oven is.

  5. You will need to watch them closely and remove them as soon as they are crispy and starting to brown.

  6. Serve immediately or leave out on a plate for up to 3 days (do not cover up or put in the fridge as they will go soggy. They need to remain dry).
