- 2 tbsp plain Greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp Maca powder
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 apple or 1 banana, sliced
- In a bowl, combine 2 tbsp of plain Greek yoghurt, 2 tsp of Maca powder and 1 tbsp of ground flaxseeds.
Mix together and serve with fruit (sliced green apples or sliced banana are my favourite)!
