Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tsp Maca powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 apple or 1 banana, sliced

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine 2 tbsp of plain Greek yoghurt, 2 tsp of Maca powder and 1 tbsp of ground flaxseeds.
  2. Mix together and serve with fruit (sliced green apples or sliced banana are my favourite)!
