Mixed Berries Smoothie Bowl
- 225ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 handful of frozen strawberries
- 1 handful of frozen raspberries
- 1 handful of frozen blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 handful of shredded Coconut
- 1 handful of mixed nuts
- ½ handful of fresh (or defrosted) blueberries
- ½ handful of fresh (or defrosted) Strawberries
- Combine the ingredients for the smoothie base in a blender and blend for 2 minutes until smooth and thick.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with the toppings.
- Serve immediately.
