Ingredients

Smoothie Base: 

  • 225ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 handful of frozen strawberries
  • 1 handful of frozen raspberries
  • 1 handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
Toppings: 
  • 1 handful of shredded Coconut
  • 1 handful of mixed nuts
  • ½ handful of fresh (or defrosted) blueberries
  • ½ handful of fresh (or defrosted) Strawberries

    Cooking Directions

    1. Combine the ingredients for the smoothie base in a blender and blend for 2 minutes until smooth and thick.
    2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with the toppings.
    3. Serve immediately.
