Nori Salmon Rolls
- Nori Rolls (seaweed paper- 2 per person)
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 1/2 lettuce (shredded)
- 1/2 avocado (small long slices)
- 100g raw or cooked salmon
- Optional extras: cucumber, wasabi/mustard, replace the salmon with cooked beef slices
- Prepare your fillings and place it in a neat line on your nori paper.
Roll your nori wrap tightly to ensure the filling doesn't fall out.
