Nutty Eggs on Rye
- 2 eggs
- 1 slice German rye bread
- 1-2 tsp of raw cashew or almond butter
- Boil the eggs (7mins in boiling water, to create an egg with a sticky yolk).
Toast 1 slice of German rye (halved), spread over equivalent of 1-2 tsp raw cashew or almond butter across both halves of toast and place one egg on top of each piece.
Crush the egg to cover the top of the toast; it will mix in with the nut butter so good with a pinch of Himalayan pink salt!
