  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice German rye bread
  • 1-2 tsp of raw cashew or almond butter

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil the eggs (7mins in boiling water, to create an egg with a sticky yolk).
  2. Toast 1 slice of German rye (halved), spread over equivalent of 1-2 tsp raw cashew or almond butter across both halves of toast and place one egg on top of each piece.

  3. Crush the egg to cover the top of the toast; it will mix in with the nut butter so good with a pinch of Himalayan pink salt!
