Ingredients

  • 45g of Uncooked Quinoa
  • 200ml of Water
  • 10g of Almonds
  • 10g of Chopped Walnuts
  • 10g of Mixed Seeds
  • 10ml of Honey

Cooking Directions

  1. Put the quinoa and water in a saucepan over a high heat. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on. .
  2. Take off the heat and leave to rest in the pan for 5 minutes.

  3. Add the almonds, walnuts and mixed seeds. Stir well.

  4. Stir through the honey to sweeten (use more or less depending on how sweet you like it).
