- 45g of Uncooked Quinoa
- 200ml of Water
- 10g of Almonds
- 10g of Chopped Walnuts
- 10g of Mixed Seeds
- 10ml of Honey
- Put the quinoa and water in a saucepan over a high heat. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on. .
Take off the heat and leave to rest in the pan for 5 minutes.
Add the almonds, walnuts and mixed seeds. Stir well.
Stir through the honey to sweeten (use more or less depending on how sweet you like it).
