Oven Baked Seabass With Sweet Potato Wedges
- 2 sea bass fillets
- 2 medium sweet potatoes (omit from first part of 30 Day Get Lean diet)
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 finely chopped red chilli
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 - 2 teaspoon of coconut/virgin olive oil
- 4 handfuls of spinach
- Coat 2 sea bass fillets with garlic, a pinch of chilli and oil and place in oven for 20-30 mins on gas mark 8.
Peel, slice 4 medium sweet potatoes then add remaining chilli, a pinch of cinnamon and the oil and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve with a bed of fresh raw spinach
