Oven Baked Seabass With Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 sea bass fillets
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes (omit from first part of 30 Day Get Lean diet)
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 finely chopped red chilli
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 - 2 teaspoon of coconut/virgin olive oil
  • 4 handfuls of spinach

Cooking Directions

  1. Coat 2 sea bass fillets with garlic, a pinch of chilli and oil and place in oven for 20-30 mins on gas mark 8.
  2. Peel, slice 4 medium sweet potatoes then add remaining chilli, a pinch of cinnamon and the oil and bake for 40 minutes.

  3. Serve with a bed of fresh raw spinach
