Ingredients

  • 875g fresh or frozen king prawns, heads removed and peeled (defrosted, if frozen)
  • 4 tbsp piri piri sauce
  • 6 metal or wooden skewers (if using wooden skewers soak in water for 15 minutes before us to prevent them from burning.

Cooking Directions

  1. Put the prawns and piri piri sauce in a bowl and toss to coat. Cover and put in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Thread the prawns onto skewers and grill for 5 minutes on each side, or until pink and cooked through.
