Piri Piri Prawns
- 875g fresh or frozen king prawns, heads removed and peeled (defrosted, if frozen)
- 4 tbsp piri piri sauce
- 6 metal or wooden skewers (if using wooden skewers soak in water for 15 minutes before us to prevent them from burning.
- Put the prawns and piri piri sauce in a bowl and toss to coat. Cover and put in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes.
Thread the prawns onto skewers and grill for 5 minutes on each side, or until pink and cooked through.
