  • 65g rolled oats or oatmeal
  • 30ml water + extra
  • 1 tsp natural honey

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and gently bring to the boil on a medium temperature. Reduce to a simmer for 5-10 mins, to allow the porridge to cook through.
  2. Add more water if you need to, if it gets too sticky. Please do not add any milk into this meal or you will confuse intolerance test and it won't work.
