Prawn and Egg Stir Fry with Peppers and Sesame Seeds
- 200g prawns
- 1 egg
- 2 pinches of chilli flakes
- 2 packs stir fry vegetables
- 1 red pepper
- 1 handful of sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons of olive/coconut oil
- 1/2 lime juice
- Stir fry the vegetables and peppers over a high heat in the oil.
After 3 minutes add chilli flakes, and lime juice.
After another minute add prawns.
After another 2 minutes add a beaten egg.
Add sesame seeds at end.
