Ingredients

  • 200g prawns
  • 1 egg
  • 2 pinches of chilli flakes
  • 2 packs stir fry vegetables
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 handful of sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of olive/coconut oil
  • 1/2 lime juice

Cooking Directions

  1. Stir fry the vegetables and peppers over a high heat in the oil.
  2. After 3 minutes add chilli flakes, and lime juice.

  3. After another minute add prawns.

  4. After another 2 minutes add a beaten egg.

  5. Add sesame seeds at end.
