Ingredients

  • 12 cooked prawns
  • 1 mango, peeled and sliced  (omit from first part of 30 Day Lean)
  • 1/4 cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1⁄2 avocado, sliced
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, halved  (omit from first part of 30 Day Lean)
  • 100g mixed lettuce leaves
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Juice of a half a lime
  • Chilli flakes

        Cooking Directions

        1. Combine the lime juice, oil and chilli flakes together in a small bowl
        2. Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl and dress with the oil mixture before serving.
