Prawn & Spinach Salad
- 100g of Cooked Prawns
- 10g of Sesame Seeds (omit from 30 Day Get Lean)
- 10g of Mixed Seeds (omit from 30 Day Get Lean)
- 60g of Spinach
- 10ml of Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon
- Pinch of Smoked Paprika
- Heat the prawns through in a hot, dry non-stick pan for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Toss in the sesame seeds and mixed seeds, and cook lightly for a further 2 minutes, again stirring frequently.
Put the spinach in a bowl, drizzle with the olive oil and top with the prawn mixture.
Add a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of smoked paprika to taste.
