Prawn & Spinach Salad

  • 100g of Cooked Prawns
  • 10g of Sesame Seeds (omit from 30 Day Get Lean)
  • 10g of Mixed Seeds (omit from 30 Day Get Lean)
  • 60g of Spinach
  • 10ml of Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • Pinch of Smoked Paprika 

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat the prawns through in a hot, dry non-stick pan for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Toss in the sesame seeds and mixed seeds, and cook lightly for a further 2 minutes, again stirring frequently.

  3. Put the spinach in a bowl, drizzle with the olive oil and top with the prawn mixture.

  4. Add a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of smoked paprika to taste.
