  • 45g Quinoa
  • 30g Mixed Nuts
  • 30g Linseeds
  • 200ml of Water*
* These items are not needed if you cooked the quinoa the night before

    Cooking Directions

    1. Take the quinoa out of the fridge if you cooked it the night before. If not, bring the quinoa and water to the boil in a saucepan over a medium heat, then pop on the lid, turn down the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
    2. Mix in the mixed nuts and linseeds and serve.
