Ingredients

  • 2-3 medium tomatoes, chopped finely
  • 1-2 small onions, chopped finely
  • 1 stick of celery and /or cucumber, chopped finely
  • 1 big handful of coriander and parsley, chopped finely
  • 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 200g of cooked quinoa or buckwheat
