Ingredients

  • 4 sliced peaches, peeled
  • 190g of frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey,
  • 60ml of orange juice

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the peaches, raspberries, lime juice, and honey until the fruit is slightly coated with honey.
  2. Pour the fruit mixture into a blender. Add the orange juice and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into a deep container with a lid and freeze until ready to serve. (This will take approximately 5-6 hours). Allow the sorbet to sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving to make it easier to scoop.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
