Ingredients

  • 2 medium-large lamb steaks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1-2 cloves crushed fresh garlic
  • Fresh rosemary finely chopped

Cooking Directions

  1. For 2 medium-large steaks: 20 mins before grilling or baking the lamb steaks marinade them in a mixture of olive oil, Dijon mustard and 1-2 cloves of crushed garlic with some fresh, chopped rosemary.
  2. Grill each side for 5-6 mins
