Rosemary Mustard Lamb Steaks
- 2 medium-large lamb steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1-2 cloves crushed fresh garlic
- Fresh rosemary finely chopped
- For 2 medium-large steaks: 20 mins before grilling or baking the lamb steaks marinade them in a mixture of olive oil, Dijon mustard and 1-2 cloves of crushed garlic with some fresh, chopped rosemary.
Grill each side for 5-6 mins
