Ingredients

  • small handful of macadamia nuts
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice OR apple cider vinegar
  • 1 medium head of fennel, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 head red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 large carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Cooking Directions

  1. Chop all the ingredients and add to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
