  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pieces of smoked salmon or 1 fillet of steamed/baked salmon (fresh)
  • Pink Himalayan salt and black pepper
  • 1 tsp organic butter

Cooking Directions

  1. Whisk the eggs and set aside.
  2. Then melt the butter in a frying pan.

  3. Once the pan is hot enough, pour the egg mix into the pan and scramble as they cook.

  4. Serve with a side of smoked or cooked salmon and season with salt and pepper.
