Salmon and Scrambled Eggs
- 2 eggs
- 2 pieces of smoked salmon or 1 fillet of steamed/baked salmon (fresh)
- Pink Himalayan salt and black pepper
- 1 tsp organic butter
- Whisk the eggs and set aside.
Then melt the butter in a frying pan.
Once the pan is hot enough, pour the egg mix into the pan and scramble as they cook.
Serve with a side of smoked or cooked salmon and season with salt and pepper.
