  • 1 piece of cooked mackerel or sardines
  • 1 piece of rye bread or sourdough (your choice)

Cooking Directions

  1. Serve the oily fish with sourdough or rye bread or a gluten free bread (although we recommend limiting the bread to once or twice a week).
  2. Tip 1: If you know you are not naturally getting a lot of oily fish in your diet consider taking an Omega 3 fish supplement.Tip 2: You may want to add some avocado too!
