Ingredients

  • 1/2 an Avocado
  • 50g Smoked Salmon (Shredded)
  • 1 Slice of Rye Bread (omit if following 30 Day Get Lean diet)
  • Pinch of chilli Flakes

Cooking Directions

  1. Scoop the flesh out of the avocado with a spoon and cut into chunks or slice into slithers.
  2. Place the avocado on the rye bread and then layer with the smoked salmon.

  3. Sprinkle with chilli flakes for an extra kick.
