Smoked Salmon (Or Poached Salmon) And Avocado Slices
- 2-3 slices smoked salmon or 1 fillet of cooked salmon
- 1 small or 1/2 large avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 onion, sliced (omit from first part of 30 Day Get Lean)
- 1 handful of mangetout
- 1 lemon for squeezing
- Black pepper to season
- Lay the all the ingredients on a plate as desired, cover with fresh lemon juice and black pepper.
