Spicy Sweet Potato Fries
- 2-3 medium sized sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp chilli oil (chilli infused olive oil)
- 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt and black pepper to season
- 1 pinch of Bullion
- Preheat oven to 180c & wash and peel sweet potatoes.
Cut sweet potatoes into fry shaped slices.
Put sweet potatoes in a large Ziploc bag (or plastic bag that is hole-less) and add the remaining ingredients to the bag (seal the Ziploc or turn top into a knot to seal) and shake until all of the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
Pour potatoes onto a baking tray lined with grease proof or baking paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until browned on the outside.
Serve with a dipping sauce of plain unsweetened yoghurt and Sassy Salsa (healthy version of typical chip accompaniments of mayonnaise and ketchup).
