Ingredients

  • 1 slice German rye bread
  • 2 eggs, boiled
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • Himalyan pink salt

Cooking Directions

  1. Toast 1 slice of German rye.
  2. Boil the 2 eggs for 7 mins (medium)

  3. Layer the spinach on top of rye, top with the eggs sliced in half to allow the sticky yolk to show, season with Himalayan pink salt
