Ingredients

  • 1/2 an avocado, cut into chunks
  • 2 handfuls of strawberries, halved
  • 1 tablespoon of greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 a handful of almonds
  • 200ml of unsweetened almond milk or semi skimmed milk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
