Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 handful of mint
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 small cucumber, diced
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 pear, peeled and diced
  • 1- 2 cups of water (for desired consistency)
  • 1 tsp of natural honey to sweeten, if desired

Cooking Directions

  1. Add the water, cucumber, spinach, mint and parsley into a blender and start pulsing. Then, reduce blender to a low speed until the mix is smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again, until smooth.
