Ingredients

  • 1 fillet of salmon
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 a carrot
  • 1/2 cucumber (grated)
  • 1cm of ginger (grated)
  • 2 sheets of nori wrap
  • 1 handful of bean sprouts
  • 1 tbsp of tamari sauce (aka- non-fermented soy sauce)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Sprinkle the salmon with salt and pepper and cook in the coconut oil in a frying pan on a low heat & leave on one side.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl

  3. Add the cooked salmon on top
