Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion , diced
  • 1 lime , juice
  • Fresh chilli, sliced
  • Fresh coriander , chopped
  • Black pepper

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix the tomatoes, onion and a pinch of fresh chilli together (adjust the chilli to your taste).
  2. Add the juice of 1 lime and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well.

  3. Top with a sprinkle of fresh coriander & a pinch of black pepper.

  4. Serve and enjoy
