Ingredients

  • Smoothie Base
  • 1 handful of frozen mango
  • 1 handful of frozen pineapple
  • 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
  • 2 handfuls of spina
  • Few mint leaves, torn
  • 150ml of coconut water
  • Toppings
  • 1 handful of kiwi slices,
  • 1 handful of shredded coconut
  • 1/2 banana, sliced

Cooking Directions
