Turkey on Rye Sandwich
- 100g Diced Cooked Turkey Breast
- 2 tablespoons of hummus
- 1 Slice of Rye Bread
- Preheat the oven to 180C, gas mark 4. Place a layer of foil on a baking tray, add the diced turkey pieces, then bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
Cut the Rye Bread slice in half. Spread hummus onto one side of each piece of bread.
Add the turkey on to 1 of the pieces of bread. Add the remaining bread on top to make into a sandwich.
